REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT CALIPER
Remove and install front wheel - 36 10 300.
Draw brake fluid out of tank with a
siphoning device reserved exclusively
for this purpose.

Unscrew mounting bolts.
Disconnect front left plug for pad wear
indicator.
Installation: Tighten to specified torque¹).

Detach brake lines.
Installation: Bleed brakes - 34 00 046.
Tighten to specified torque¹).

right caliper.
Bleeder valves must face up.

FRONT BRAKE CALIPER
Remove and install front wheel.
Draw off brake fluid with a syringe used exclusively
with brake fluids.
Disconnect brake line.

Installation:
