REPLACING THROTTLE CABLE
Unscrew nut (1) and disconnect throttle cable.

Remove valve body 24 30 002.
Disconnect throttle cable.

Press throttle cable out of case upwards.
Press new throttle cable into case until retaining
tabs engage.

Preload spring (1) by one turn anticlockwise
with throttle cam (2).
Connect nipple on throttle cam.

Install valve body.
Insert Special Tool 24 3 050 between valve body
case and throttle pressure valve.
Push throttle cam against throttle pressure valve.

Connect throttle cable in suspension on transmission
and holder (1).
Tighten cable.
Squeeze loose lead seal on cable at distance (A)
= 0.25 to 0.50 mm (0.010 to 0.020´´).
Adjust throttle cable 24 00 006.
