CHECKING OIL LEVEL IN COMPRESSOR
Oil level must be checked before charging the
air conditioner with refrigerant. The oil level
can only be checked when there is no refrigerant
in circuit.
Unscrew oil level inspection bolt.
Inject so much refrigerant oil into crankcase
from an oil injection can, until it runs out at
the inspection bore.
Check seal of oil level inspection bolt and
replace it if necessary.
