REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT DOOR WINDOW
Detach and attach door trim - 51 41 000.
Unscrew screws and remove strip.

Lift out inner window recess seal.
Installation: Soft side of window recess seal
faces window.

Take door window off of front and rear
window guide.

Detach regulator sliding rails at door window
glass.
Remove door window glass from top.
Installation: Adjust both window guide rails,
so that window glass runs up and down
easily and fits tight in rubber seal when closed.

When door window is closed the rubber seal
must not limit the upward movement, but
instead stop (1).
Door window must not be under tension.

FRONT DOOR WINDOW
Remove and install door trim panel 51 41 000.
Remove and install shoulder plate on front door
51 41 300.
Unscrew bolts and remove cover.
Lift out inside window recess seal.

Detach winder on door window at front and
rear.

Detach door window at front window guide.

Detach door window at rear window guide.

Tilt door window glass and remove from above.
Installation:
Insert window glass in rubber window guide on
mirror triangle.
Be careful not to damage window recess rubber
seal.

Installation:
Note arrangement of liners.
Metal bracing is on outside.

Installation:
When door is closed the upward window
movement must not be stopped on the rubber door
seal, but adjusted with stop (1).
