INSTALLING EXCHANGE
TRANSMISSION
Remove transmission 24 00 022.
Important!
Always clean oil cooler and lines with
compressed air and flush twice with ATF before
installing an exchange transmission.
Check transmission code*) on data plate.
Attach transport holder (1), lever (2) and
bracket (3).

Transfer cross member (3) with rubber mounts
and exhaust carrier.

Transfer adapters (3).
Versin with Multiple Internal Threads:
Unscrew adapters with a 12 mm multiple tooth
socket or a Torx T 55 socket.
Replace seals.
Tightening torque*).
