REPLACING LEFT OR RIGHT
FRONT DOOR STRIKER
Remove B pillar trim - see 51 43 150.
Unscrew screws.
Remove door striker.
Installation:
Align sheet metal plate.
Mark installed position, if necessary.

Installation:
Tighten striker screws finger tight in center
position.
Shut door with an opened door handle.
This aligns the door striker.

Tighten striker screws.
Shut door.
Check, correcting if necessary.
Rear edge of door must be in same plane with
rear side panel.
