BLEEDING CLUTCH HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A) With Bleeder:
Unscrew cover on brake fluid tank.
Connect bleeder.

Open bleeder screw on clutch slave cylinder
until escaping brake fliud is without bubbles.
Floor clutch pedal several times while bleeding.

Detach slave cylinder at transmission.
Press in pressure rod up to stop in slave cylinder
and let it come back slowly.
This will press any residual travel will be reached.
Never depress clutch pedal as long as slave cylinder
is detached!

B) Without Bleeder:
Fill filling tank. Attach bleeder hose to bleeder
screw. Place end of bleeder hose in tank with
brake fluid to prevent taking in air while bleeding.
Depress clutch pedal to stop 10 times and
then hold down in floored position. Open bleeder
screw. Tighten bleeder screw when escaping
fluid is without bubbles. Depress clutch pedal
to stop 10 times. Keep repeating this procedure
until no air bubbles escape from system.
Important: Keep filling tank full with fluid.
Then eliminate residual air as described above.

BLEEDING CLUTCH
Unscrew cap on brake fluid tank.
Remove filter screen (1).
Connect bleeder.

Open bleeder screw on clutch slave cylinder until escaping fluid is without
air bubbles.
Operate clutch pedal several times during this procedure.

If there is still air in system after repeating the bleeding procedures several times,
detach slave cylinder on transmission.
Press push rod against stop in slave cylinder and release slowly.
This will push back any residual air into the tank and guarantee maximum release
travel.
Never operate clutch pedal as long as the slave cylinder is removed.
