Detach heat shield. |  |
Detach catalytic converter at exhaust manifold. Lift out wire. Installation: Check gasket, replacing if necessary. Coat stud threads with Molykote G paste. Replace self-locking nuts. Tightening torque¹).  ¹) See Specifications

Detach holding rings at front of final muffler. |  |
Detach holding rings at rear of final muffler. Remove primary and final mufflers. Installation: Check holding rings, replacing if necessary. |  |
