REPLACING RESISTOR FOR IGNITION COIL
Important: Stop engine and turn off ignition
prior to performing any work on a transistor
ignition system. DANGER!
Version Without Points:
Pull off wires.
Detach resistor at holder.
Installation:
Black/red wire to resistor 0.6 ohm
- standard 6.3 x 0.8 flat male plug.
Green wire to resistor 0.4 ohm
- standard 6.3 x 0.8 flat male plug.
Black/red wire to resistor 0.4 ohm
- narrow 4.8 x 0.8 flat male plug.
