REPLACING PULLEY ON AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR
Remove and install pulley on air conditioner
compressor - 64 52 040.
Take wire ring off of pulley.

Press out ball bearing with an appropriate
mandrel.

Installation Sequence:
1 = Guard
2 = Ball bearing
3 = Spacer
4 = Wire ring
Installation: Install both ball bearings with
their open ends facing each other.
