Description:
1.) Entering Car
Entering signal is put into control unit for inside light delayed action by operating the
door handle. Inside light comes on as soon as the door contact closes (door open).
If the door contact is now broken (door closed), inside light remains on for 6 + 2 seconds.
Inside light goes out immediately, if ignition is turned on within the 6 + 2 second period.
2.) Leaving Car
The door contact switches the inside light on and off as before when leaving the car.
Inside light delayed action is possible by operating the door handle of an opened door
when leaving the car.

Remove instrument panel trim at bottom left - 51 45 180.
Pull out control unit on special equipment plug and disconnect plug.
Printed on control unit:
