Detach hoses and wires. Installation: 2 = intake line 3 = return line 4 = wire plug br/ge = brown/yellow br = brown br/sw = brown/black | |
Detach hoses (5 ... 7) on expansion tank. Installation: Use new squeeze-hose clamps. | |
Remove cover (8). | |
Lift out rubber ring from front final muffler suspension. | |
Lift out rubber rings from rear final muffler suspension. | |
Unscrew bracket (9). | |
Unscrew screw (10). Loosen screw (11). Remove fuel tank downward and to the right. | |

Pull over (1). Loosen hose clamps and pull off vent lines. | |
Remove trunk mat. Unscrew cover (2). Pull off plug. Loosen hose clmaps and pull off lines. | |
Prevent final muffler from falling down (with a piece of wire). Unscrew bolt (1). Unscrew tank mounting bolt (2). | |
Disconnect center muffler suspension (1). | |
Prevent fuel tank from falling down. Cut hose strap (2). Unscrew bolts (1) and remove fuel tank. |
