REMOVING AND INSTALLING EGR SYSTEM AIR PUMP
Only loosen screw (1).
Remove drive belt.
Installation: Tighten drive belt to give under
thumb pressure applied midway between two
pulleys by 5 to 10 mm (0.197 to 0.394´´).
Detach air hose (2).

Remove holder (3).
Unscrew screw (4).
Remove air pump toward rear.

Installation: Check bushings (5), replacing if
necessary.
Spacer (6).
